Ensure raw material and product quality standards 2. Review and analyze raw material rolls for specification compliance 3. Prepare quality certificates and manage non-conformities · Ensure raw materials comply with company, customer, and internal procedural standards to guarantee product quality. Review, inspect, and analyze each incoming raw material roll to verify compliance with specifications required to meet customer demands. Prepare quality certificates for incoming products, adhering to customer specifications. Document customer non-conformities and provide timely solutions in case of rejection. Perform raw material sampling to verify quality. Capture material specifications.
