




**Position Purpose** Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Management through planning, logistical coordination, document control, and inventory management related to branch operations. The position ensures regulatory compliance with institutions such as SICT, Marina, and COFEPRIS, as well as effective communication across departments to maintain operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate logistics and documentation with branches, including inventories and submission of certifications to SICT. * Organize and maintain regulatory documentation required for the operation of each branch. * Manage appointments, applications, and reports submitted to SICT, Marina, and COFEPRIS. * Keep physical and digital archives of documents, contracts, policies, and certificates up to date. * Monitor the validity of insurance, bonds, and certificates required for operations. * Request quotes, invoices, and materials needed by branches, ensuring timely delivery. * Control inventories of assets, furniture, and stationery. * Provide direct support to the Operations Management and Government Commercial Development departments in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on agreements. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field. * **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years in operational, administrative, or logistics roles. * At least 1 year as an administrative or executive assistant. * **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Physical and digital document management. * Invoicing and inventory management. * Effective oral and written communication. * Organization, attention to detail, and discretion. * Knowledge of SICT, Marina, and COFEPRIS regulations is desirable.
