Médica Santa Carmen, Mexico’s most impactful renal healthcare network—with eleven clinics across the Bajío region and Mexico City (CDMX)—is seeking top-tier Nurses to join our team in: San Miguel de Allende, Gto. We seek individuals of utmost honesty, professional ethics, intelligence, and motivation to grow and excel. The position requires foundational knowledge, education, and experience related to: \+ Knowledge of various pathologies and how to intervene as a nurse \+ Comprehensive "head-to-toe" assessment of all organ systems and functions in our patients \+ Aseptic techniques, infection control, and strict hygiene practices \+ Measurement of vital signs—including pulse, blood pressure, weight, height, oxygenation, etc. \+ Collection of laboratory specimens and sample handling \+ Familiarity with key laboratory tests and imaging studies \+ Medication administration, including safety protocols, risk awareness, indications, and proper application \+ Patient therapy and mobility support—particularly fall prevention \+ Knowledge of tubes, lines, and catheters \+ Wound care and dressing changes \+ Compassion and empathy These positions carry out daily responsibilities—both independently and in support of our various services focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of kidney diseases, including: Hemodialysis Peritoneal Dialysis Laboratory Nephrology Consultation Vascular Procedures The nurse will work collaboratively within a team, embodying our mottos: "We treat better," "Life well-being," and "When the patient is well, we are all well," among others.
