As Projects Intern you will support product launches, validation runs, and APQP/PPAP processes while assisting with performance reporting and enhancing administrative efficiency through automation.This role focuses on collaboration, creativity, and impactful execution aligned with our goals. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Follow up on delivery and validation executions of new projects on the production line. * Provide support in activities related to the launch and implementation of new projects. * Create, update, and maintain tracking reports in Power BI. * Assist in the automation of administrative processes within the department using digital tools and artificial intelligence. * Follow up on activities related to APQP and PPAP for new projects. * Participate in feasibility review meetings for new products. * Document progress, risks, and agreements resulting from activities of new projects. * Complete assigned projects according to the needs of the Engineering and New Projects department. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with timelines, deliverables, and project requirements. **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related discipline.( from the 5th semester onwards) * Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. * Possesses foundational knowledge of logistics. * Exhibits a proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English. * Displays effective collaboration skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn within a dynamic environment. * The role is **fully on\-site** , with availability to commute to Parque Industrial Queretaro (PIQ). **What You'll Get from Us** --------------------------- * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work\-life balance.
