Goal-oriented and problem-solving focused **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years in plastic injection processes within the automotive industry **KNOWLEDGE:** Plastic injection Knowledge of Wittmann robots Dryer operation Mold changeovers Operation of injection molding machines Excel proficiency Resin knowledge **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** Plastic injection Problem analysis Problem solving Mold changeovers and startup Working under pressure Goal achievement focus Leadership **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Maintain molds and machines in optimal operating condition according to the production plan, minimize machine downtime, and reduce scrap.
