Engage in data analysis and improvement projects Job Description Job Title: CI Intern Req ID: 49384 Job Location (Short): Queretaro, MEX Employment Type: Part Time Segment: Danfoss Power Solutions Segment Job Category: Supply Chain and Operations Work Location Type: On\-site **The Impact You'll Make** -------------------------- As our Continuous Improvement Intern you’ll play a key role in the execution of the continuous improvement processes (Lean Tools, DBS, Kaizen Events, Kaizen blitz, Cost Out initiatives). Throught the design and maintaing information systems to manage continuous improvement journey. Supports generation of the CI Culture developing information to be deployed in the plant for the Danfoss bussiness system. Implement and support the CI culture through recognition programs to increase the people's engagement. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Time studies of process cycles. * Execution of Standard Work procedures. * Support for improvement projects (Kaizen). * Support with data analysis. * Weekly and monthly performance presentations. **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic or similar. * Skills: + Excel database management and development (intermediate level). + Lean tools. + English (intermediate level). **Ready to Make a Difference?** ------------------------------- If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you! to start the conversation and learn more about where your career can go with us.
