Job Description Sales Engineer (Mine-Site Experience) · Division Weir Minerals México Location Querétaro, Mx Work Mode Onsite (field work) · JOB OBJECTIVES Participate in and execute the sales strategy through technical and commercial relationships with mine-site customers. · Responsible for achieving individual sales targets, as well as properly managing resources allocated by the company for this purpose. · Execute and coordinate actions that lead to customer satisfaction and ensure the company’s market presence in its coverage area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute sales of equipment, machinery, services, and integrated solutions, highlighting product advantages. Identify customer needs across all project stages (pre-feasibility, feasibility, execution, operation, and maintenance) and generate business opportunities. Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle. Coordinate pre- and post-sales technical assistance and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Prospect new customers and strengthen existing accounts by planning periodic visits. Prepare commercial and technical proposals by analyzing customer specifications and documents. Propose improvements and solutions that optimize costs, processes, and applications within the customer’s environment. Provide technical training and information to customer personnel for correct use of products and services. · Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Desired experience: 2–3 years in similar roles (mining or metallurgy experience required). Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
