




Main responsibilities Support in recruitment and selection: posting job vacancies, screening resumes, contacting candidates, and coordinating interviews. Administrative management: filing personnel records, attendance tracking, drafting employment contracts, letters, and other labor-related documents. Onboarding and offboarding processes: coordinating employee inductions, collecting required documentation, processing terminations, and issuing final settlement payments (in accordance with internal policies). Payroll administration: supporting the recording of payroll incidents (e.g., leaves, medical absences, overtime, tardiness). Maintaining and updating personnel databases. Employee support: addressing employee inquiries regarding internal policies, benefits, procedures, and documentation. Training support: registering participants, tracking evaluations, and managing course logistics.
