




Job Summary: This role provides support in the entry, reconciliation, and validation of financial information, report preparation, and assistance in accounting closings and cost analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Support in data entry, reconciliation, and validation of financial information. 2. Preparation and updating of weekly/monthly reports. 3. Support in accounting/financial closing activities. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support in data entry, reconciliation, and validation of financial information (expenses, invoices, purchase orders, accruals). * Preparation and updating of weekly/monthly reports (actual vs. budget expenses, variances, basic KPIs). * Support in accounting/financial closing activities (tracking journal entries, accruals, documentation). * Integration and control of Excel databases (pivot tables, cross-referencing, validations). * Support in cost analysis (where applicable): consumption, losses, variances, efficiency. * Vendor follow-up and documentation management (invoicing, evidence, supporting documents). * Collaboration with internal departments (Procurement, Warehouse, Production) to ensure complete and timely information.
