Key Responsibilities: * Greet guests upon arrival and provide immediate luggage assistance, transporting luggage from the vehicle to the room and vice versa. * Safely store guests’ luggage when necessary (e.g., prior to check-in or after check-out). * Open hotel and vehicle doors for guests. * Assist guests in entering and exiting taxis or private vehicles. * Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel facilities. * Provide useful information about the hotel, its services, operating hours, and local points of interest. * Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently and courteously. * Coordinate laundry, dry-cleaning, or external courier services for guests. * Report any maintenance or cleaning requirements to the relevant department. * Remain vigilant for any suspicious activity and report it to hotel security. * Ensure guest requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly. * Know and comply with the hotel’s safety and emergency procedures. **Required Skills:** * **Driving Skills and Valid Driver’s License** * **Effective Communication:** Excellent verbal skills to interact courteously with a wide range of guests and staff.
