We are looking for your talent. **R E Q U I R E M E N T S:** **Gender:** Indistinct **Marital Status:** Indistinct **Age:** Indistinct **Schedule Availability:** 9:00 AM \-14:00 – 15:00\-18:00 * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering **in Agronomy or related fields**, aligned with the sector. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in similar positions (professional internships or robust social service may be considered). * Knowledge of regional agricultural or livestock production cycles. * Proficiency in Excel for field data entry. * **Availability:** 80% of time in the field (frequent local/regional travel). * **Mandatory:** Valid driver’s license and ability to drive on highways and unpaved roads. **Key Responsibilities** * **Collateral Verification:** Conduct on-site visits to validate the location (georeferencing), condition, and value of assets pledged as collateral (machinery, livestock, real estate). * **Crop/Production Monitoring:** Supervise biological cycle stages (planting, growth, harvest) to detect pests, diseases, or climatic risks affecting the client’s repayment capacity. * **Technical Assessment:** Prepare detailed photographic and technical reports on project viability and investment progress. * **Preventive Recovery and Collections:** Maintain direct contact with producers to remind them of payment deadlines and identify early warning signs of default. * **Local Market Analysis:** Report local input and agricultural product prices to adjust financial projections. **IMPORTANT NOTICE:** At FINAGIL S.A.
