A leading company in the sale of tractor-trailers in the Bajío region, experiencing growth, is seeking a Tractor-Trailer Operator Trainer. Education: Technical High School Diploma or Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or related field. Experience: 3 years as a tractor-trailer operator, instructor, or heavy-vehicle driving evaluator. Valid Federal Driver's License Type "B" or "E". We provide brand-specific and vehicle-specific training. Responsibilities: Deliver classroom-based technical training sessions on operation, preventive maintenance, and features of SITRAK vehicles. Conduct hands-on driving sessions with customer operators until correct and efficient driving techniques are achieved. Evaluate performance, correct improper driving habits, and reinforce critical operational points. Accompany operators during loaded trailer (FULL) route tests to collect real-world performance data. Install GPS devices in new vehicles prior to customer delivery. Move vehicles within the branch or workshop for cleaning, inspection, or service testing. Ensure vehicles are delivered in optimal condition with proper documentation. We Offer: Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time; Saturday, half-day.
