




Job Summary: Ensure controlled operation of the production line by monitoring quality, managing information, and leading the team for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure controlled operation of the production line. 2. Lead the floor team and manage activities. 3. Oversee quality and process control. Ensure the production line operates under controlled conditions during each shift with a fully staffed team, verified parameters, in-process quality monitoring, and documented information—ensuring the plant manager and operations director consistently receive reliable data for decision-making. Process Control • Verify and adjust machine parameters according to the recipe • Monitor operations and correct deviations during the shift • Coordinate startups, mold changes, and troubleshooting Quality Control • Ensure compliance with quality specifications • Manage non-conforming product (rework, scrap, or rejection) • Supervise inspections and reduce process deviations Team Leadership • Assign tasks and communicate the production plan • Supervise the floor team and follow up on incidents • Identify training needs and enforce discipline Information Management • Receive and hand over shifts with clear information • Record incidents, productivity, and shift events • Prepare and submit shift reports Requirements: • Minimum requirement: Technical degree or technological high school diploma in industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years as a production supervisor in continuous-process manufacturing • Experience operating or supervising lines with parametric control equipment (PLC, HMI) Benefits: • Base monthly salary: $20,000 – $22,000 • Monthly performance bonus: up to an additional $2,000, tied to program compliance, zero late reports, and zero non-conforming product without disposition in the month • Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation premium • Additional benefits: savings fund, funeral expense insurance Schedule: • Morning shift – Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with option to rotate shifts • Night shift – Monday to Thursday, 8 PM to 6 AM, with option to rotate shifts . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 2 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, coordinator, manager, production, produce, fabrication, manufacturing, elaboration, making, manufacture, production
