Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Analyst for our CEDIS to manage movement records, execute cyclic counts, and analyze product discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and control of movement records in the system 2. Daily execution of cyclic counts and supervision of monthly inventory 3. Analysis and correction of discrepancies in product deliveries Logistics services company is seeking: Inventory Analyst for CEDIS We offer: Monthly salary of $14,000 (net). Bi-weekly payments Statutory benefits. Punctuality and attendance bonus of $600 per month. (additional) Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), based on operational needs 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday) Main Responsibilities: - Analyze and control movement records in the system, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Perform daily cyclic counts assigned by the system, as well as those for high-value and high-turnover SKUs. - Analyze discrepancies in product deliveries, expediting system updates and correcting each discrepancy. - Supervise, distribute, and record the monthly inventory counts for the area. Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Bachelor’s degree, or related field 1–2 years of experience as an inventory analyst ERP system proficiency (MANDATORY) Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, filters, formulas.
