Position Summary: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Services Assistant for an oncology infusion center, focused on ensuring the safety and efficacy of medications and medical supplies. Collaboration in maintaining the Quality Management System At Oncocenter Querétaro, an oncology infusion center, we are a 100% Mexican company dedicated to providing specialized care for cancer patients. Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking a **Pharmaceutical Services Assistant** to monitor pharmaceutical service procedures, ensuring the safety, quality, suitability, and efficacy of medications and health-related supplies used within the organization, as well as supporting the monitoring and maintenance of the QMS. **Responsibilities:** * Updating PNOs, forms, and/or records applicable to processes. * Dispensing medical supplies and medications. * Warehouse control. * Conducting inventory management and order processing. * Performing and supervising the accurate completion of records and logs for various organizational processes. * Verifying prescription suitability. * Reporting and monitoring adverse drug reactions (ADRs). * Assisting with vendor reception. * Supporting the maintenance and/or calibration of measurement instruments and medical equipment. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree and professional license in Pharmacy or Chemical Pharmacy-Biology. · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. · Experience with quality management systems. · Knowledge of national and international regulations and FEUM. · Proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Office suite. · Inventory management experience. · Warehouse management experience. · Basic knowledge of oncology. · Familiarity with QMS. · Professional appearance. · Positive attitude toward patients and colleagues. · Age between 25 and 50 years. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \- 7:00 pm * 2-hour lunch break.
