We seek a person with the **necessary knowledge to prepare meals for our children**. The position is located at our Group Home in the city center, Calle Zimapan \#40, Col. Villas del Sol, behind Puerta La Victoria Shopping Center. Applicants must be over 25 years old. Technical degree in food preparation, gastronomy, or related field — RECENT GRADUATES welcome. DESIRED EXPERIENCE in industrial cafeterias, restaurants, or economical kitchens (SOCIAL SERVICE). Knowledge of food supply inventory control. First-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management. Weekly menu planning and control.
