Job Summary: Fuel Analyst with experience in employee transportation for managing, controlling, and optimizing fuel consumption, including performance analysis and detection of variances. Uses GPS and telematics platforms for fleet management. **\*\*EMPLOYEE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY\*\*** **HIRING: FUEL ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Age 35–40 * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Maintenance, or Logistics * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within employee transportation * Flexible availability of working hours **Responsibilities:** * Liaises with drivers to review clarifications and fuel deliveries * Makes follow-up phone calls * Maintains and reports on fuel release logs * Records daily fuel deliveries * Analyzes and tabulates performance data * Visits gas stations for inspections and fuel deliveries * Manages fuel inventories with precise fuel records * Evaluates the impact of employee transport routes on fuel consumption (e.g., frequent stops, excessive idling, air conditioning usage) * Identifies and reports atypical variances that may indicate unauthorized fuel withdrawals, leaks, or poor driving practices * Analyzes kilometers traveled versus liters consumed per vehicle (km/L), comparing results against established standards for each bus or van model **Knowledge/Skills:** * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, logical formulas) * Familiarity with **GPS and Telematics platforms** (Geotab, Samsara, Webfleet, etc.) * Basic mechanical knowledge (diesel/gasoline engine performance) * Strong ethical standards and integrity * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Results-oriented mindset and cost-saving focus **We Offer:** Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day; Saturday, 4 hours Base salary paid biweekly 100% IMSS registration Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
