




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Inventory Analyst to ensure inventory integrity, costing accuracy, and inventory level optimization, aligning material flow with company objectives. We seek a Senior Inventory Analyst with strong auditing and financial analysis capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory integrity, costing accuracy, and inventory level optimization, guaranteeing that material flow aligns with the company’s production and profitability objectives. Profile Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent solid professional experience. -Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in inventory management and control, preferably in manufacturing or mass distribution. -Languages: Intermediate–Advanced English (ability to report variances and maintain communication with corporate). Technical Competencies (Mandatory): -Inventory Control and Auditing: Experience leading cyclic, annual, and wall-to-wall inventories. -Inventory Valuation: Proficiency in valuation methods (FIFO, Weighted Average, Standard Cost). -Product Structure: Management and validation of Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure correct component consumption. -ERP Systems: Advanced proficiency in SAP (MM/WM/FI modules), Oracle, or similar platforms. -Excel and Data: Advanced level (PivotTables, lookup functions, macros, and analysis of large datasets). -KPIs: Management of metrics such as Inventory Accuracy (IRA), Inventory Turnover, and Slow Move/Obsolete (SLOB). Key Responsibilities: -Supervise and reconcile physical inventory against ERP records. -Analyze and justify inventory variances, implementing action plans to reduce adjustments. -Validate correct material explosion (BOM) in the production process to prevent cost deviations. -Coordinate and execute cyclic counting programs and external audits. -Manage analysis of slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB), proposing disposition strategies. -Generate executive inventory reconciliation reports for monthly financial closing.
