Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for operating system administration, tool monitoring, technical support, and performance issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Windows operating system administration and configuration. 2. Familiarity with monitoring tools and problem resolution. 3. Ability to learn Microsoft products and technologies. Job Requirements On-site position; the vacancy is located in Querétaro, Querétaro. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree. Soft Skills * Microsoft certifications (preferred) * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * More than 2 years of experience in the specialty . • Availability to rotate 24x7 shifts * Availability for on-call duties Technical Skills * Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows OS 2008\-2012\-2019\-2022 * Intermediate knowledge of Windows clustering for 2008\-2012\-2019\-2022 * General knowledge of monitoring tools * Performance troubleshooting * Intermediate knowledge of DNS, firewalls, and ports * Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory * Intermediate knowledge of virtualization * Knowledge of and support for IIS-based websites * Intermediate knowledge of MySQL\- SQL databases * Ability to learn Microsoft products and technologies * Basic knowledge of cloud platform operations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Experience: * Office: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
