Working in an ambitious and expanding team **TIENDAS 3B IS SEEKING** A COORDINATOR WITH RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE We are a Mexican company inspired by successful Hard Discount formats such as ALDI in Germany and BIM in Turkey. Since 2004, we have built a leading Hard Discount supermarket chain in Mexico. Currently, we operate over 3,200 stores, primarily in the central region of the country, and we have an ambitious nationwide expansion plan. We consistently open 12 to 14 new stores per month. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for talented individuals to join our outstanding team. **Job Requirements** **RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Law, with official degree certificate and professional license Experience: Minimum of 2 years performing the following: * Managing procedures with competent government authorities. * Managing procedures with non-governmental entities. * Fieldwork. * Work supported by academic training and/or practical experience. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct physical inspections of locations intended for new store openings. * Accurately complete all procedures related to store openings. * Verify, or carry out as applicable, site feasibility assessments to confirm that properties possess commercial zoning designation specifying "mini-supermarket" use and meet the required total leased area, as certified by the Municipal and/or State Urban Development Authority. * Complete all procedures related to obtaining construction permits for new stores from the Urban Development Authority within no more than one month. * Ensure annual or bimonthly payment of water fees to the Municipal Potable Water System to guarantee proper store operations, always seeking the lowest possible cost for the company. * Maintain the shared digital folder up to date and update the master tracking sheet each time a permit or license is obtained for a store; this must be completed within five business days following document acquisition.
