We are looking for an organized, analytical, and highly responsible individual to join us as an **A**ccounting Assistant. Position **General Accountant** Position Objective Manage and supervise the dealership’s accounting, tax, and financial processes, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and accurate recording of the company’s accounting transactions. Main Responsibilities * Preparation and supervision of general accounting. * Filing of monthly and annual tax returns. * Bank and accounting reconciliations. * Control and review of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Supervision of invoicing and payment complements. * Preparation of financial statements and accounting reports. * Support for internal and external audits. * Monitoring of tax obligations and regulatory compliance. * Maintenance of accounting records in accordance with current tax guidelines. * Coordination with various administrative departments of the dealership. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (preferably certified). * Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting. * Automotive industry experience is desirable. * Knowledge of tax obligations, CFDI, reconciliations, and financial statements. * Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual. * Ability to work under objectives and month-end deadlines. * Willingness to travel to Aguascalientes and occasionally to Querétaro. * Valid driver’s license (desirable).
