Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure product and process quality by verifying compliance with standards and production controls, and applying quality management system requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality and compliance with standards. 2. Monitor processes and analyze established controls. 3. In 2022, Continental generated sales of EUR 39.4 billion and currently employs approximately 200,000 people across 57 countries and markets. **Job Description** * Verify correct application of work instructions, standards, technical data sheets, and established parameters. * Confirm availability and validity of measuring devices, gages, and poka-yokes. * Ensure accurate data entry into QIS for characteristics requiring SPC Support. * Process Monitoring: Verify compliance with controls at each stage of the process. Full. * Ensure effective implementation of containment actions: 100% inspection, product segregation. * Certify operational personnel, release production lines, monitor and analyze controls defined in the control plan, and ensure product quality by applying quality management system requirements. * Ensure quality of wheel, transmission, and motor sensors, with proper production line release, monitoring and analysis of controls defined in the control plan, ensuring product quality by applying quality management system requirements. * Capture characteristics requiring defined statistical process control and immediately notify the Quality Engineer when these fall outside control limits; in case of discrepancies, implement the reaction plan and stop the station or production line if operational instructions, procedures, or quality management system policies are violated. * Identify workstations with certification; halt operations if certification is not fulfilled. * Product acceptance and/or release criteria. **Requirements** * **Competencies:** + Attention to detail and critical, logical thinking. + Ability to **detect deviations** and document findings. + Effective communication to report nonconformities. + Teamwork with production, engineering, and quality departments. + Proficiency in software such as Excel, SAP, or internal quality systems. * **Knowledge:** + **Quality standards**: IATF 16949 + **Quality tools**: - Ishikawa diagram (cause-effect) \- (rapid failure analysis) - 5 Whys + Interpretation of drawings and geometric tolerances. + **Measurement instrument handling**: calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, etc. * **Experience:** + 1 year of experience in similar roles. + Prior experience in internal, product/process audits. + Knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection, welding, crimping, etc.). + Participation in customer audits or certifications. * **Education:** + High school diploma and/or technical degree preferred. **Additional Information** Ready to take your career to the next level?
