**Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma (a partially or fully completed bachelor’s degree in administration or related field is preferred). * Experience: 2–3 years supervising operational staff, preferably in cleaning, maintenance, or general services. * Experience managing work teams (minimum of 30 people). * Basic administrative knowledge (reports, inventories, incident tracking). * Basic computer skills (Excel, email). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate cleaning personnel. * Develop and manage work schedules and task assignments. * Verify compliance with cleaning standards and hygiene protocols. * Manage personnel incidents (absences, tardiness, turnover, discipline). * Train staff on procedures, proper use of cleaning products, and best practices. * Maintain administrative records: attendance lists, reports, inventories of supplies and materials. * Maintain constant communication with the client to ensure service satisfaction. * Request and control cleaning supplies to prevent shortages or waste. * Prepare performance reports and track service indicators. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. **We offer:** Gross monthly salary: $22,000 Statutory benefits After 3 months: Major medical expense insurance and life insurance Work location: park, av santa fe ,, 37980 San José Iturbide, Gto. **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Commercial Real Estate *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a15ce0249000031001e3ce2\&source\=indeed*
