




**Senior Machining Operator** **Position Objective:** Develop, program, and optimize CNC machining processes in 3 and 5 axes, ensuring precision, productivity, and efficiency, as well as supporting technical knowledge transfer to the team. **Education:** · **Educational Level:** Technical degree, incomplete or completed engineering. · **Preferred fields (not limiting):** Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Advanced Technician in CNC Manufacturing. **Main Responsibilities:** * Program and simulate complete processes in CAM software (3 and simultaneous 5 axes). * Select tools, tool holders, and optimal cutting parameters. * Perform first run and validate initial part. * Optimize cycle times and machining paths. * Document processes, lessons learned, and technical sheets. * Support staff training and continuous improvement. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in CAM software (NX, PowerMill, Mastercam, HyperMill). * Advanced CNC programming in 5 axes. * Knowledge and proper use of cutting tools. * Extensive knowledge of metallic materials, machining strategies, and simulation. * Process cost and time analysis. **Personal Skills:** * Technical leadership and mentorship. * Critical thinking and results-oriented approach. * Effective communication and collaborative work.
