**People And Growth is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Maintenance Technician in Silao de la Victoria, Guanajuato** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking an Injection Molding Machine Maintenance Technician for a global company located at Puerto Interior, Silao. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive maintenance on presses and auxiliary equipment according to established schedules to ensure equipment availability for operation. * Perform corrective maintenance on presses and auxiliary equipment to ensure timely and proper operation within production processes. * Provide support in troubleshooting injection molding machines to prevent production stoppages. * Install new presses to ensure timely and proper operation. * Resolve vacuum line failures to prevent machine stoppages due to material shortage. * Optimize and minimize maintenance time to avoid delays in production plans. * Prepare repair reports to track diagnoses, interventions, and time invested. * Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts to enable timely execution of repair activities. **Requirements** * Technical degree, TSU, or Engineering (preferred) in mechatronics, electromechanics, etc. * Over 2 years of experience maintaining plastic injection molding machines. * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. * Proficiency with plastic injection molding machines (BMB, Engel, Krauss Maffei). * Ability to interpret technical drawings. * General maintenance management skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer use. * Results-oriented mindset. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork capability. **Additional Information** * Salary: $18,000 to $23,000 MXN plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Location: Puerto Interior, Silao. * Shift rotation: 6 working days (2 morning, 2 afternoon, and 2 night shifts) followed by 2 rest days. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69d4522f6a00003400ab0171\&source\=indeed*
