Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and equipment diagnostics **Job Title:** Electromechanical Maintenance Technician **Objective of the “Electromechanical Maintenance Technician” Position:** Actively collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment availability for the company and guarantee operational reliability, minimizing production stoppages due to failures; support implementation of equipment improvements to thereby ensure product quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance (General and specialized) * Equipment diagnosis and intervention * Equipment improvements (e.g., overhead cranes, CNC lathes, saw cutters, among others) * Cleaning of electrical panels, installation of pneumatic and electrical lines * Execute thermographic findings * Bearing and bushing replacement **Requirements:** * Age: Over 25 years old * Education: High school diploma * PC proficiency (Intermediate) * Rotating work schedule: 7–15 hrs and 15–23 hrs. **Compensation:** * Net monthly salary: $18,000 MX * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers ($1,800\.00 MX per month) **Experience:** * Experience in intervention of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical panels (Advanced) * Fault detection in micro-wire welding machines (Intermediate) * Experience and knowledge of capacitive, inductive, and photoelectric sensors (Advanced) * Operation of Genie-type cranes (Advanced) * Arc welding application using electric arc welding machines (Advanced) * Decision-making ability (Advanced) **Candidate Attributes:** * Availability (High) * Ability to work under pressure (High) * Results-oriented (High) * Goal achievement (High) * Strong learning and research capability Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
