




Position Summary: Electronic Product Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support general administrative activities, including delivery documentation, billing, and inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for administrative activities within the Production floor. 2. Management of documentation related to deliveries, billing, and inventory. 3. Inventory handling and control in the SAGE system. Electronic Product Services is an electronics company with over 20 years of global experience. We invite you to join our team as an **Administrative Assistant**. **Responsibilities** * Provide general administrative support within the Production floor. * Generate documentation related to the Delivery/Shipping Plan for customers. * Manage documentation related to the Delivery/Shipping Plan for customers. * Manage billing-related documentation. * File and maintain import/export records up to date. * Prepare shipping materials. Send documentation required for onboarding new customers. * Manage and control inventory in the SAGE system. * Archive and digitize customer delivery evidence, as applicable. **Requirements:** * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor’s degree * 6 months of experience in billing-related positions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000–$17,000 gross per month * Savings fund * Food vouchers * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 Hrs Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Office: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
