Perform activities related to employee expense and reimbursement accounts, and other general tasks assigned by the Controller. * Management of accounts payable, ensuring proper recording and compliance with internal control policies. * Review, analyze, integrate, and reconcile accounts. * Record and monitor travel expenses applying legally deductible limits. * Coordinate monthly intercompany charge activities for T&E and other expenses. * Release expenses for billing to intercompany entities. * Provision of fixed expenses. * Validate invoices and payment complements to ensure deductibility of travel and entertainment (T&E) expenses. * Ensure compliance with local and international tax and accounting regulations. * Reconcile and confirm accounts with intercompany entities for T&E and other charges. * Basic knowledge of ERP, Concur, and electronic platforms related to functional modules. * Communicate with other departments and intercompany entities to resolve issues arising from T&E and other expenses. * Participate in the cycle inventory counting program. * Support additional requests from Controller's office. * Basic knowledge of accounts payable. * Invoicing, credit management, customer portfolio follow-up. * Proficiency in ERP (Accounts Payable module). * Interaction with internal and external customers. Higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge and experience with Concur. * 100% on-site work mode.
