Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst with a Product Owner focus to transform business needs into functional requirements and ensure their correct implementation and validation. Key Highlights: 1. Transforms business needs into User Stories. 2. Acts as a bridge between users and the technical team. 3. Participates from requirements gathering through final validation. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Systems Analyst with a Product Owner focus** capable of understanding business needs, transforming them into clear functional requirements (User Stories), and tracking their correct implementation and validation. You will serve as the bridge between users and the technical team, participating from requirements elicitation through final validation via functional testing. **Responsibilities** * Elicit requirements from users and business areas. * Document functional analysis according to established standards. * Define and manage **User Stories (US)** with a functional focus. * Administer and prioritize the backlog. * Identify and track risks and deviations during analysis. * Ensure shared understanding of requirements with the development team. * Participate in planning of deliverables or sprints. * Execute functional testing on your own User Stories. * Validate developments and ensure quality prior to release. * Document and track identified incidents. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in requirements analysis. * Experience with **User Stories**. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Knowledge of software testing (functional QA). * Experience in documentation (use cases, diagrams, processes). * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Residency in León, Guanajuato. **We are looking for someone who:** * Is **proactive** and takes initiative in problem-solving. * Possesses **strong analytical skills** to understand business needs. * Has **excellent communication skills**, both with users and technical teams. * Demonstrates **clear and structured writing ability** for documentation. * Is **organized** and able to prioritize multiple requirements. * Enjoys **teamwork** and continuous collaboration. * Adapts easily to change and dynamic environments. * Is focused on **quality and results**.
