We operate in Mexico and LATAM, supporting banking institutions, appraisal units, law firms, and agents in optimizing their processes. We seek a Project Manager Jr. passionate about staying current with emerging technologies, processes, tools, and applications for process optimization. WORK EXPERIENCE - Proven 2–3 years of experience as a project leader. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Advanced English. - Preferred: Project management certification (AGILE, SCRUM, CCPM, etc.). - Preferred: Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp, Freshdesk, Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.). - Mandatory: Document management software (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365). - Preferred: Knowledge of project administration methodologies. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, manage, and coordinate projects. - Define applicable methodologies. - Manage resources for project execution. - Conduct financial analyses to determine project profitability. - Monitor, document, and report project phases. - Make decisions and prioritize projects. - Track project tasks to identify any deviation from objectives. - Define quality standards for each project deliverable. - Anticipate and manage project-related risks. - Manage and communicate with vendors. - Lead the project team.
