**Job Description:**
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of systems combining electrical and mechanical components, ensuring their proper operation and extending their service life.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
* Preventive/corrective maintenance on trap systems.
* Preventive maintenance on burners.
* Troubleshooting steam and condensate systems.
* Troubleshooting burners.
* Major maintenance on boilers.
* Boiler troubleshooting.
* Disassembly/Installation of safety valves.
* Leak intervention in steam/condensate systems.
* General maintenance of natural gas supply lines.
* General maintenance of LP gas emergency station equipment.
* Functional testing of LP gas emergency station and burner ignition, with dispatch to plant.
* Inspection rounds to verify trap systems.
* Preventive maintenance of gas regulators.
* Inspection of gas trains and vents.
* **Installation and Assembly:**
* Assemble and connect electrical and mechanical equipment according to drawings and technical specifications.
* Perform wiring, adjustment, and calibration of sensors, actuators, and other components.
* **Diagnosis and Problem Solving:**
* Use measurement tools and specialized software to identify faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
* Propose effective solutions and document procedures performed.
* **Documentation and Reporting:**
* Record activities performed, spare parts used, and intervention times in maintenance management systems (CMMS).
* Generate reports on recurring failures and suggestions to improve equipment efficiency.
* **Regulatory Compliance:**
* Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations during task execution.
* Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per company policies.
* **Support and Training:**
* Assist in training operators on basic equipment usage and maintenance.
* Attend technical trainings and certifications as required.
**Requirements:**
**Education:**
* Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields.
* Certifications in PLC operation or industrial maintenance (preferred).
**Experience:**
* Minimum 2\-3 years of electromechanical maintenance experience in industrial environments.
* Experience operating equipment such as variable frequency drives, motors, and hydraulic systems.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
* Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, ammeters).
* Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial automation.
**Skills:**
* Problem-solving and decision-making.
* Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
* Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces (as required by the work environment).
