Job Summary: We are seeking a Well Operator for CASAS ARA in Queretaro, responsible for the electromechanical operation and maintenance of pumping systems and stormwater lift stations. Position: Well Operator (Maintenance Assistant) Location: El Marquez, Queretaro (Parque la Gloria) At CASAS ARA, we are looking for a Well Operator to join our team in the Queretaro developments, El Márquez (Parque la Gloria). This role is critical for the accurate execution of maintenance and pump operations across our developments. Responsibilities Electromechanical operation of pumping systems in stormwater lift station infrastructure using diesel emergency power plants. Monitoring and operation of pumping systems in water well infrastructure and synchronization with the mega water tank. General cleaning of areas where infrastructure is located. Requirements Experience operating pumping systems. Secondary school or high school education. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork.
