Installation of hardware and software **Leading company in Querétaro — We are looking for your talent!** **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** Responsibilities: * Provide preventive and corrective technical support to users for hardware, software, and internal systems including PCs, laptops, and printers. * Support staff to ensure they have the necessary tools to perform their assigned job duties. * Maintain backup of key users’ information, ensuring accessibility during contingency situations. * Assist with administration of access rights granted to staff across various computer systems. * Install hardware and software. * Ensure reliable and proper functioning of internet and telephony services. * Conduct periodic visits to sales points to guarantee their proper operation. * Provide operational and system support to the company, contributing to achievement of established objectives. * Manage and conduct equipment inventories at offices, distribution centers (CEDIS), and branches.
