We are currently looking for your talent as: **Technical Support Analyst** **Objective:** This position is vital to ensuring the proper functioning of devices, corporate accounts, software licenses, and technological resources of the company, providing timely technical support and efficiently managing the inventory of technological assets. **Responsibilities:** * Provide preventive and corrective **technical support** for the company’s technological devices (computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, etc.). * Create, manage, and maintain corporate accounts for new hires, personnel changes, or departures. * Manage and administer corporate **software licenses** and tools, ensuring compliance with validity periods and usage policies. * Keep the **inventory of technological assets** up to date, including asset additions, removals, and equipment maintenance. * Monitor the proper functioning of the network and internal systems, escalating incidents when necessary. **Skills:** * Technical support for hardware and software * Administration of Windows and/or macOS operating systems * Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity * Management of technological inventories **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
