You will also serve as the primary liaison among engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers for all quality-related matters during the launch phase. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within KI. **Responsibilities** * Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new products and engineering changes. * Develop and maintain quality system documents such as **Control Plan**, **Process FMEA**, and **Work Instructions**. * Coordinate and execute Product and Process Validation (PPAP), including collection of documentary evidence and laboratory testing. * Track compliance with Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) and standards such as **IATF 16949 and VDA 6\.3**. * Lead problem-solving activities during the development phase using tools such as **8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys**. * Coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and process audits. * Ensure proper implementation of lessons learned in new launches. * Support manufacturing and quality teams when issues arise related to new products. * Participate in design reviews (DFMEA, DVP\&R) alongside product engineering. * Interact directly with customers on quality matters during the launch phase. * Manage deviations and change requests (SCARs, waivers) as applicable. **Experience** 3 years in a similar role. **Technical Competencies:** * APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan. * Core Tools (MSA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP). * Blueprint interpretation (GD\&T). * Standards knowledge: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6\.3\. * Quality management systems. * Root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). **Education** Degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
