**Warehouse Supervisor:** **Position Objective:** Manage, safeguard, and control receiving and shipping functions for materials (raw materials, finished goods, and packaging), to ensure timely product delivery to customers, supply to Production, and custody and reliability of working capital held in plant inventories. Maintain records in internal and external systems. Ensure Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Food Safety, Environmental Care, and Legal Compliance of our products per applicable regulations. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. **Must reside near the Plant (Izúcar de Matamoros)** **Schedule: 8 hours, Monday to Saturday** **Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:** * Warehouse management * Inbound and outbound operations (raw materials and finished goods) * Supervision of unionized personnel * Inventory management * Picking methods * ERP usage (SAP WMS, Oracle, Dynamics) * Distribution knowledge * Industrial safety knowledge **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and record execution of processes for receiving packaging materials and raw materials; receiving finished goods from Production; and issuing materials to Production and finished goods to carriers serving customers. * Coordinate daily activities for warehouse assistants, receiving staff, shipping staff, documentation, and schedules (forklift operators and warehouse operators). * Supervise accurate completion of all warehouse activity records (checklists, controls, forms, SAP, etc.), generate reports and KPIs, and define corrective actions. * Supervise receipt of finished goods from Production regarding quantity, quality, and condition.
