Job Summary: Supervise picking activities at the distribution center (CEDI), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to order preparation plans, guaranteeing continuous workflow. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in planning and executing the picking plan. 2. Management of operational staff and continuous process improvement. 3. Quality supervision and order control in high-volume operations. OBJECTIVE: Supervise picking activities within the CEDI, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with order preparation plans; guaranteeing continuous flow to the shipping area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Planning and execution of the picking plan** * **Quality, accuracy, and order control supervision** * **Operational staff management and shift-based performance oversight** * **Monitoring of KPIs and process improvement** REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience as a Picking / Warehouse / CEDI Supervisor Management of teams of at least 10 people Experience in high-volume operations Work with clear KPIs and targets Intermediate Excel skills Strong leadership and results-oriented mindset Work Location: On-site employment
