Knowledge and Responsibilities: * Food and beverage knowledge. * Tableside service (flambé, carving, etc.) and basic food and beverage knowledge. * Experience with wines and distilled spirits. * Ensure restaurant operations, service, and customer service comply with established standards and guidelines, promoting sales. * Ensure timely and courteous service and customer interaction, including guidance on menu items served at the establishment. * Support maximum sales volume at optimal cost-benefit for the establishment. * Monitor cleanliness of tables, floors, utensils, etc. * Perform duties inherent to the position. * Maintain personal appearance and hygiene. * Individual accountability. * Adhere to quality and service standards. Monthly Salary: $8,500 + Tips + Statutory Benefits
