We are looking for an **EVENING FLOOR MANAGER** with experience to join our team. **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager from the restaurant industry, focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and effectively leading operational teams. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily dining room operations. * Coordinate and motivate the team of servers, bussers, hostesses, runners, and other floor staff. * Complete daily check\-lists and incident reports. * Ensure service standards and customer care. * Resolve operational incidents during the shift. * Assist with monthly inventory. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent service attitude. * Positive attitude. * Proper service time management. * Flexible availability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
