




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and disinfection of kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of kitchen utensils and equipment 2. Ensure hygiene in all kitchen areas and their annexes 3. Apply hygiene procedures for food handling We are seeking a dishwasher to perform the following activities: * Prepare and organize the dishwashing station. * Wash and dry kitchen utensils. * Ensure the kitchen is clean and orderly. * Automate the dishware and utensil washing process, saving time and allowing staff to focus on other tasks. * Remove tough food residues and large debris that are difficult to clean. * Keep dishes, trays, and sinks clean by applying proper hygiene procedures for timely and appropriate use. * Properly wash, disinfect, date, and store raw materials in accordance with food hygiene handling guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness in restaurant kitchen areas, banquet kitchens, support areas, and adjacent areas under kitchen responsibility (storerooms, staff dining areas, kitchen corridors, staircases, kitchens, and buffets). * Wash and disinfect disassemblable equipment that comes into contact with food or beverages. * Wash and disinfect cloths and mops as required, ensuring they do not become a source of contamination.
