OPENING: WEBSITE AND WHOLESALE SALES REPRESENTATIVE · Update the website and other related platforms with detailed photos, descriptions, promotions, and seasonal virtual displays. No programming knowledge required. Use Excel to update product inventory and prices. Responsible for online customer service, electronic communications, preparing orders for shipment, and carrying out shipments. · Sell through all electronic channels implemented by the company and prospect wholesale clients using a CRM-based process. Receive commissions on new clients. · Work primarily from the company's physical branches, assisting with counter sales between web-related projects or whenever business priorities require it. · Travel and supply goods from headquarters to branches, and deliver orders using the company vehicle. Load and unload merchandise during these trips. · Prepare presentations for management decision-making. · Trusted member of management. Profile: · Completed bachelor’s degree (or incomplete with 2 years of experience) in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields. No programming knowledge required. Knowledge of CANVA or similar tools is a plus. · Proficiency in Excel required; ERP knowledge is appreciated. · Rigorous and curious, capable of analyzing situations and proposing solutions. · Proactive, able to follow instructions, and also suggest improvements in processes and work methods. · Punctual and responsible. · Valid driver's license required from the start of employment. · Highly motivated to work and grow within the company.
