




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in recruitment, personnel control, and administrative support, demonstrating proactivity and attention to detail. Administrative support and internal staff assistance Required Experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions Experience in: * Candidate recruitment and follow-up. * Integration and updating of physical and digital files. * Attendance tracking, including staff entry and exit times. * Recording of personnel incidents (tardiness, absences, leave requests, vacations, medical leaves, etc.). * Preparation and submission of administrative reports. * Inventory control of stationery, uniforms, and office supplies, etc. Knowledge * Basic recruitment and selection processes. * Assembly and documentary control of employment files. * Database and filing system management. * Personnel incident tracking. * Federal Labor Law (basic knowledge). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: * Intermediate Excel * Word * Outlook/Email Functions and Responsibilities * Posting job vacancies on various platforms and recruitment sources. * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process: * Resume screening * Telephone contact * Interview scheduling * Documentation follow-up * Receiving and validating documents required for hiring. * Preparing, assembling, and updating personnel files. * Daily monitoring and recording of staff entry and exit times. * Recording personnel incidents and preparing reports for submission to the relevant department for processing. * Ordering, managing, and safeguarding departmental stationery and supplies. * Providing support for administrative activities within the department. * Addressing basic administrative inquiries from internal staff.
