




JOIN THE CAMIONES RIVERA TEAM! At our automotive dealership, we are looking for a Training Analyst passionate about talent development and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: * Identification, analysis, and validation of training needs for administrative and indirect staff, aligned with business strategy and regulatory changes (DNC). * Design and annual scheduling of training activities derived from the DNC, considering strategic priorities, legal requirements, and organizational development objectives. * Coordination of sessions with employer-worker representation to approve the Annual Training Plan and validate internal programs in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Monthly monitoring of training plan progress and reporting to STPS through official platforms or required documentation. * Document control of training evidence delivered, including issuance and delivery of DC-3 certificates, diplomas, and official certifications. * Planning, logistics, and follow-up of in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses, ensuring availability of instructors, resources, and facilities. * Organization and follow-up of technical and leadership certification programs for maintenance staff and area leaders. Requirements: Proven experience in the training field. Knowledge of STPS regulations and reporting procedures. Ability to plan, organize, and monitor training programs.
