Job Summary: Assist in equipment configuration, execute operational tests of software and devices, and document results to ensure stable operation prior to production. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware and software configuration and testing. 2. Incident detection and documentation. 3. Teamwork and effective communication. **1\. Purpose of the Position** Support equipment configuration and execution of operational tests for software, configurations, and devices; meticulously document results and incidents to ensure stable operation before production deployment. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * Configure equipment (hardware and software) according to Implementation Department guidelines. * Perform operational testing on new software versions, new configurations and parameterizations, as well as on devices, accessories, MDM platforms, and network services. * Record test results in defined templates (test cases, evidence, observations). * Identify and document incidents (steps to reproduce, actual vs. expected results, evidence). * Support tracking and resolution of support tickets. * Prepare simple technical reports on tests and findings. * Collaborate on improving test cases, templates, and processes. **3\. Candidate Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Communication Technologies, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields. * TSU (Technical Superior University) graduates with experience in support, implementation, or testing are also considered. **Desired Experience:** * Implementation of technology solutions. * Technical support / ticket handling. * Software testing or system validation. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic equipment configuration (application installation, network settings, parameters). * Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and any ticketing system or incident-tracking tool. * Preferred: familiarity with Android, MDM, mobile networks, or communication devices. **4\. Competencies and Personal Traits** * Proactive mindset. * Strong attention to detail. * Enthusiasm for testing, following procedures, and identifying defects. * Orderliness and discipline in documenting actions and observations. * Ability to clearly explain issues, both orally and in writing. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle. * **Teamwork and effective communication.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
