**Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare and issue invoices according to the services or products provided. * Verify that customers’ tax and administrative information is correct and up to date. * Record invoices, payments, and transactions in the administrative or accounting system. * Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections timely and properly. * Contact customers to remind them of payment due dates and clarify billing-related questions. * Reconcile received payments (cash, bank transfers, deposits, etc.). * Prepare billing, collections, and outstanding balance reports. * Support internal audits and administrative reviews. * Maintain order and control over physical and digital files. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or collection issues. * Customer service **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school or technical/administrative vocational training (bachelor’s degree preferred). * Prior experience in billing and collections (minimum 1 year, preferred). * Basic knowledge of accounting and electronic invoicing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Good customer interaction and communication skills. **Competencies** * Administrative organization and control. * Honesty and confidentiality. * Results-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork.
