




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer support via electronic means and on-site visits, with experience in equipment maintenance and knowledge of computer systems. Key Highlights: 1. Customer and on-site visitor support for incident resolution. 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment (CPUs, cameras, servers). 3. Knowledge of networks, telecommunications, CCTV, and video surveillance. The Technical Support Engineer provides customer support via electronic means, generating reports thereof, and also conducts on-site visits to address incidents. Must hold a degree related to Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related fields. Must possess expertise in: corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment (CPUs, cameras, intercoms, servers, etc. Preferred knowledge in: networks, telecommunications, CCTV, video surveillance, configurations, and programming.
