**Job Description:** High School Director **General Job Objective:** Lead and supervise high school academic and administrative activities, promoting a multicultural environment and academic excellence, as well as supporting School Administration in pedagogical and institutional strategies. **Education:** Graduate degree in Education, Educational Administration, Educational Sciences, Psychopedagogy, Innovative Educational Processes, or related field. **Minimum Experience:** 10 years of teaching experience and at least 5 years in leadership positions within educational institutions. Desirable experience in bilingual and multicultural environments, as well as academic coordination at higher education levels. **Knowledge:** * Advanced English proficiency (C1\-C2\). * Proficiency in German and Spanish (B2\-C1\). * Knowledge of the German education system. * Contemporary pedagogical approaches. * Academic and administrative management. * Strategic planning and project management. * Management of academic indicators and continuous improvement processes. **Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Planning and organization * Strategic thinking * Decision making * Conflict resolution * Teamwork * Educational innovation * Results orientation **General Responsibilities:** * Supervise high school academic and administrative management. * Coordinate strategies for academic improvement and student retention. * Lead and support the teaching and administrative staff. * Maintain communication with students, parents, and educational authorities. * Coordinate institutional projects, events, and school processes. * Support School Administration when required.
