Essential experience in breakfast preparation and various culinary techniques. 2. Bakery knowledge is a plus. 3. Food preparation based on recipes. We seek a cook with experience in breakfast, grill station, cold station, mise en place, production, service, and recipe-based food preparation; bakery knowledge is preferred. This is a Monday–Friday position from 8 AM to 4 PM; the schedule will be discussed during the interview, as additional days may be added.
