Your talent is what matters!** At IEU University, we promote a new professional culture grounded in comprehensive training and socially responsible leadership; today, we are searching for your talent and invite you to join our team as: We require: **Hybrid Technopedagogical Designer** **Position Objective:** To design, develop, and support high-quality learning experiences aligned with pedagogical principles and institutional objectives. This person will be responsible for both instructional design and the creation of digital resources, integrating pedagogical, technical, and collaborative perspectives for online and hybrid education projects. **Your Responsibilities:** * Content review, stylistic editing, and pedagogical architecture of content (instructional design). * Monitoring of delivery timelines and institutional guidelines; completion of release forms according to guidelines; uploading of release files (interactive, printable, resources, inventory, assessment items, author evaluation). * Progress reporting. * Collaboration with subject-matter experts. * Analysis of study programs for implementation. * Guidance of onsite faculty’s educational processes. * Design of learning guides for students and instructors. * Creation of infographics, presentations, interactive diagrams, etc. * Integration of educational resources into LMS platforms. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in disciplines such as Pedagogy, Sciences, Educational Processes, Educational Technologies, or related fields. * Experience in: * Instructional design (minimum 2 years required) * Educational technology (2 years required) * Instructional design and development of digital educational resources (2 years or more). * Use of LMS platforms. * Proficiency in digital tools (Genially, Canva, PowToon, Vyond, H5P, etc). * Teaching experience preferred. **Soft Skills:** Ability to learn and adapt within an ever-evolving educational environment; strong communication and leadership skills. **Details:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits. **Work Location:** * Hybrid work arrangement. * Sonata Office, Puebla. **PLEASE ATTACH YOUR WORK PORTFOLIO OR EVIDENCE OF INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN WORK**
