Therefore, we have adopted the Growth Learning by Doing methodology—a pedagogical approach that integrates theory, practice, and personal development to prepare our students for real-world professional challenges. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Styling, Beauty, Permanent Cosmetology, or Hairdressing. * Professional experience in applying hair extensions, including care, maintenance, and techniques. * Teaching experience (desirable) * Proficiency with digital tools and a hands-on classroom approach **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes to undergraduate students in **Styling** * Design and implement instructional lesson plans aligned with the academic curriculum. * Teach fundamentals of application, maintenance, and removal methodologies for hair extensions. * Advise on related academic projects * Evaluate students’ academic performance through projects, practical assignments, and examinations. **We Offer** * Hourly-class employment contract. * Opportunity to join a specialized academic team. * Professional development in teaching and technological fields.
